Today was a better exercise day than Friday.
Although - on Friday I did get dressed for my walk!
In fact - I put on my exercise clothes & shoes. I was all ready and really intended to go for my 5km walk.
But by the end of the day – which turned out fairly busy with distractions – I’d never got to Perry Lakes for that walk!
Today however, whilst I WAS walking through the Reserve, I realised the difference was in ACTION taken. And how often does that happen with more important plans in our life?
By the fact that I didn’t take that first step down the road – means that NOTHING really happened. I never achieved my goal.
How often do you also plan to do something?
You set the intention. You actually feel and think about doing what you’re going to do?
(Remember the Law of Attraction?)
You can desire it. Dream it. Think it. Feel it. Believe it.

Thanks! My wrist is actually just about back to normal. Just some things that are hard to open still get me. It is amazing how dependent we are on our hands to do everything! My left hand has got a work out. ;))
