About Me:
Four children, separated, a business trainer and Chairperson of Women Can International. I love to work with people, to motivate and inspire them and to give them the tools they need to make their lives better. I believe that the way to win a person is to be their servant and so I serve Women Can International from a full heart of love and passion. I am passionate about creating opportunities for women, wherever they are in this journey called life. I don't believe that everyone has to climb a mountain or invent something unique to have value, nor do they have to win a beauty competition. All women are worthwhile and deserve the opportunity to love and be loved and to explore their natural abilities. This is my passion. To help women discover and fully utilise the potential that resides within themselves.

You live and learn - sometimes the hard way...

Yesterday I attended a personal development seminar. It was the usual stuff...DISC personality types, vision statements, blind walks, discovering your purpose and passion etc. There was the usual hype - what do we want? Success...Whose success? Mine...What will we give? 200% Yes! There was dancing and team chanting, questions and answers, video clips and the opportunity to name your fear and smash through a piece of board with your bare hands.

Exciting days ahead...

Yesterday we had our first event for 2009 and the group of women that came together at my house to discuss the future of Women Can and what they wanted to see us do this year, provided us with a solid platform from which to build. Of those gathered, a new committee has been formed. The new committee members are:

Janine Felt

and two others have volunteered for service once their applications have been processed.

An 11km fun walk with some girlfriends!


Yesterday I went for a walk with five girls from Adventurous Women. We walked from Hillarys Boat Harbour to Burns Beach, then had breakfast at the cafe.

Hi Hayley, Back from my week down the coast with the kids lying about and swimming. Give me a call asap re you coming down 98422104. I have to go to Perth next weekend for the get-together with all going to Egypt and would love to see you before and have kids meet kids etc, then we can plan some fun stuff for when I get back. Hi Hayley, apologies for the late reply. I was in Sydney crewing at an event on the weekend of the 1st and have taken this long to put everything back in order!
Was intending to be in Perth this week for the Dinner & Movie night with Sue, however family needs have come first. I understand the band thing, I love to sing and found I was better at the management and booking side of things. I managed a cover band for 6 years and did all their bookings including tours North. I have co-ordinated 6 band concerts and enjoy the organisatinal side of it.
Albany - well I love the scenery however find it constricting business wise. What I offer seems a bit woo woo Coaching, mindset & motivation and quote "a luxury we can't afford" - that was customer service and leadership training! I will be here for 2 more years until my son finishes Year 12.
Have met a few Suttons but the name Carol doesn't ring a bell. What business is she in?

Wow I'm sorry my name is Kim not Kimberly just Kim. I was named after the book Kim in which my name means "Little friend of all the world" There are at least 8 women on the web with my full name Kim Snyder and its easier to be called by my business name because I then don't have to explain that Nope I didn't make that movie, I don't do voice overs and I don't sell insurance.. LOL
