- Who do you think is the most inspirational woman you know or know of and why?
- So many of the people that I associate with are very focused, determined and have a goal in mind. I would find it very hard to pick just one. They are all very positive ladies, and I only surround myself with positive people. Life is too short to be around negative people, therefore, I cannot pick only one woman, except perhaps my mother.

- I am a mother of 2, I run Beach Boot Camp sessions at Quinns Beach 4 mornings per week. I am also a Chi Ball instructor, and am currently trying to build a business focusing on a holistic apporach to total health and wellbing.

Welcome to Women Can International Inc. I was really interested to read that you are a Quinns Rocks girl. Do you know June Kelly by any chance or Jennifer Crossland?
I was also interested ot read that you are a fitness instructor. Good on you. I was doing Saturday mornings at park on Tapping Way with June's husband Geoff up until a few months back when I hurt my wrist. It's a great way to start the day.
