Hey Sue
Fabulous to hear you have 8 women going with you to Egypt! That's just awewsome. You go girl! I remember you being scared you wouldn't even get six. Wow. You must have worked really hard and you so deserve to have every success cause you're a bloody legend!!
Love you

Hey Sue, you gorgeous girl! It was a great day, exhausting, but very rewarding. I'm sure we are going to see a wave of change from this one event. I've already got six overweight women to join me and I've still got a couple of weeks before we get started. Maybe we can organise an adventure with you for our final event of the Challenge. We've already extended from just a nutritionist and trainer to a nutritionist, trainer, psychologist (for group work), a stylist and a hairdresser in the team. With me as the motivator, who knows what's going to happen by the end of the six weeks???
Watch this space, Sue, cause it's about to shrink!
Love
Hayley

I'm very excited to meet you Sue!
Sounds like you are ready for another life adventure!

Yes, it is scary, but you'll never know if it's the right step unless you try. The important thing is to set the intention, have the faith and then let go and let God.

LOVE your site! Look forward to getting to know you better...

LOVE
Deb

You might like to add the relay event to the events area as well and send an invite to everyone who is local. :)

I love the Relay for Life opportunity. I think that's a great promo opp for you. Are you going to get t-shirts done??? I'd also get flyers done that you can pass out to women.

Hey Sue
one step forward, two back with the flu. Tonight I'm coughing and spluttering. Had a great night at the Greenwood - I love the Women Can magic! It's so awesome to sit back and see women enjoying meeting someone new. It's lovely. How bout you?

Thanks, Sue. Me too. My guts really hurt bad! I don't want to miss out on the Greenwood either.

Adventurous Women Take On Egypt!!!!

Ancient Egypt, is a destination many women would love to explore, but not necessarily alone or even with a male companion.

Sue Hile, Director of Australian specialist women's travel company, Adventurous Women, takes travelling in her stride and therefore wants to encourage other women to step outside their comfort zone and feel the freedom she has, through travel, adventure and life experiences.........continue

Travel Solo - But Not Necessarily Alone!

Travelling alone can be daunting - in fact the very thought of perhaps not talking to anyone for a week or two can be scary!! Granted, some solitude can be beneficial, especially as you get the chance to do whatever you want, whenever you want to do it, without exception.

I took off on a solo trip to South East Asia last year for 2 months and I can honestly say that whilst I was excited, I was also concerned about being alone for extended periods and perhaps withdrawing socially. I eventually… Continue

A Woman's World of Travel & Adventure

At 43 years of age, feeling a little jaded and bored with my life, I really felt in need of some "me" time, a bit of soul searching and time out to decide just what it was that I wanted to do with the next phase of my life. Prior to now, I had always set goals for myself and been able to achieve these through determination and most of all passion. Where had that passion gone?

I decided to take Long Service Leave and use the time to travel and re-assess my life. My husband and our two teenage so… Continue

Women Deserve Adventures

Had to post this one.....its one of my favourite chapters from SARK's book "Wild Succulent Women" - thought I'd share! Sue x

Women deserve ADVENTUROUS lives. As little girls, we served flower petals on plates made of leaves, and imaginary liquid in thimbles, wearing skirts made of old table cloths.

We adventured on our bicycles, which turned into imaginary horses. There were daily ADVENTURES, close to home, beneath the clothesline, in home made forts, and in our best friends' bedrooms.

As adu… Continue

This week I'd invite you to take some time out for self reflection and consider the following question: When did you last revisit the larger picture of your life? I look forward to hearing more about each of you. Heidi
