- What do you hope to get out of being a member of this site?
- I desire deeper connections with the female entrepreneur audience, opportunities for service, fun, and learning.
- Who do you think is the most inspirational woman you know or know of and why?
- It's too hard to really pick, as there are so many, but beyond my Mother, I would say Annie Sullivan is one of my all-time most inspirational women. She was Helen Keller's teacher and was instrumental in providing Helen the love, confidence, and communication epiphany she needed in order to blossom into the powerful and influential women she became. I would like to emulate Annie.
- About Me:
- I am a 40 something female entrepreneur on a mission to empower what I call the emerging woman entrepreneur worldwide, the 35-55 year old female starting out in business for herself. I believe this group of women, in particular, is the single most powerful in the world. We have the ability to change the face of society as we know it. We are the one who will use our grace, abilities, and compassion to feed, clothe, shelter, and educate every single person in the world, all while living our passionate life doing meaningful work. Doing whatever I can to usher in that new world by providing inspiration, resources, and support to my fellow women entrepreneurs is what I wake up for - and I don't need an alarm clock to do it, either! The goal itself is exciting enough that I normally can barely wait to wake up every day and start again.
