Creating Opportunities for Women

By trade I am a Licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist. As an Esthetician (skincare specialist) I like to educate my clients whenever possible. Since I am new to Network Marketing, I wanted to be able to share with you and have you get to know me a little better.

My clients come to me for stress releif, relaxation and some much needed down time. I enjoy my work and love to educate my clients when asked questions regarding skincare and bodywork. When it comes to skincare, I always start off with the "Basics". So lets begin...

Skincare doesn't have to be complicated. The best results I have found is by being consistent with your daily routine, (Yes, Gentlemen that includes you!) You can start with the very Basics: Step 1, Cleanse. Step 2, Tone. and Step 3 Moisturize. And slowly you can add more steps along the way.

Why Cleanse? Cleansing is the most important step in starting your daily routine. If you don't get your skin clean, everything else will not be as effective. The skin needs to be clean to maintain the integrity of healthy skin. If your skin is not properly cleansed your setting up an enviroment for clogged, enlarged pores, as well as a thick layer of dead skin buildup that contributes to congestion and very unhealthy skin. Just imagine not brushing your teeth for a few days, and you'll see what I mean.

When to Cleanse: You should be cleansing both in the morning and evening. The need to cleanse in the evening may seem obvious. Throughout the day you have compiled a buildup of debris, sweat, and oil as well as pollution from the enviroment around you. Even though your body (skin) goes into a regenerative mode during the evening hours you still need to cleanse in the morning. Again, I go back to the example of not brushing your teeth.

When it comes to which cleansers to use most of us know what we like and sometimes we may not be completely pleased with what we are currently using. There are so many products nowadays it can seem very confusing. The best advise I can give my cleints is "know your skin". When I say this, I mean know if your skin is oily, dry, sensitive, or normal ( future post).

I have recently found a skincare line that I am very pleased with and one that also suits my entrepreneurial nature. This French skincare line goes back to the basics of nurturing your skin. Their skin care traditions were born from the lush regions and bountiful harvests of the French countryside, then cultivated and perfected by true artisans. Crafted by a family in France with over 80 years of experience in custom-blended, naturally based skin care formulations.

I am a BIG believer in honoring the integrity of your skin. So please, honor yourself and try these products:
